HEAL IN COMFORT

OUR FACILITY

We know that the environment isn’t everything; it is truly the quality of care that matters most. However, we certainly wouldn’t mind being able to bring a smile to some faces while making the facility a proper display of the diversity and vibrancy of the populations we serve. That’s why we’ve lovingly curated every corner of our facility to be a visual testament to the beauty of intention and a source of inspiration for your journey to wellness.

ALBERT MENDEZ

Founder

With over ten years of hands on experience with the intricacies of behavioral health operations, our founder possesses an intimate understanding of the challenges and complexities facilities face on their journey to optimizing the quality of organizational performance. His extensive experience is highlighted in his involvement with program development, safety protocol implementation, and crisis intervention.

Prior to venturing into behavioral health, our founder served as a first responder. This experience equipped him with invaluable insights into safety protocols, crisis management, and the importance of a structured, secure environment. His background allowed him to witness what can happen when mental health, trauma, and pain are left untreated which instilled a deep commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of every individual under our care.

Instilling hope and inspiring transformation is what he has been guided to do and he understands what an honor it is to take part in that process with individuals seeking care. The same is true for the staff he shepherds by reflecting and instilling our values with a Servant Leadership approach.
