Learn who we are, what we believe in, and how our approach to healing helps clients reclaim their lives.
We Conquer Together was born from a simple but powerful belief: no one should have to face the battle of eating disorders or mental health struggles alone. Too many people suffer in silence, feeling misunderstood or defined only by their diagnosis. We wanted to create a place where people could be seen for who they truly are — not just their symptoms.
Our founders envisioned more than just another treatment center. They dreamed of warm, welcoming homes where healing feels possible, where evidence-based care meets genuine compassion, and where clients are treated like family, not patients.
That dream has grown into a community where courage is celebrated, vulnerability is honored, and recovery is a shared journey. Every meal, every therapy session, every moment of connection is part of a bigger story — a story of hope, resilience, and renewal.
At We Conquer Together, your story matters. And no matter how heavy the struggle feels, together, we can write a new chapter.
Our mission is simple, but powerful: to create a sanctuary where people struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions are treated with dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
We believe recovery is not about “fixing” someone. It’s about walking with them, side by side, as they discover the strength that was already there. It’s about restoring hope in lives where hope has been silenced.
At We Conquer Together, we don’t just list values — we live them. Our Three E’s are the foundation of how we care for every client who walks through our doors.
Recovery begins with compassion. Many of our clients arrive carrying shame, fear, or the weight of being misunderstood. Empathy means we don’t rush you, we don’t judge you, and we don’t reduce you to a diagnosis. Instead, we listen with open hearts and meet you where you are. Whether it’s sitting quietly with someone who feels overwhelmed at mealtime or celebrating a small breakthrough, empathy is woven into every interaction here.
Healing is not a straight line. That’s why our care evolves with you. We know that what you need on day one may be very different from what you need three months later. Our staff is committed to adapting treatment plans, exploring new therapeutic approaches, and growing alongside you. Evolution also means we stay at the forefront of research — combining proven therapies like CBT and DBT with holistic practices that honor the whole person. Recovery is dynamic, and so are we.
Excellence is more than a standard — it’s a promise. It means your care is in the hands of licensed therapists, registered dietitians, physicians, and nurses who are deeply trained and endlessly dedicated. But excellence also shows up in the little things: a staff member checking in after group, a home that feels safe and comfortable, a culture that holds hope when you can’t. For us, excellence is not just about clinical expertise; it’s about creating an environment where you feel truly supported in every way.
“The staff need a raise and a Nobel Peace Prize. They changed my life and grounded me when nothing else could.”
The Three E’s are not abstract values — they are lived every day in the moments that matter most. They guide the way we show up, the way we listen, and the way we walk with you toward lasting recovery.
We know that nothing matters more to family, partners, and friends than safety. Entrusting your loved one to residential care is a huge step, and you deserve peace of mind every single day they are here.
We Conquer Together is Joint Commission-accredited and fully licensed by the state of California. That means our programs meet the highest standards of quality and accountability in healthcare. Our homes are staffed 24/7, ensuring that no matter the hour, your loved one is supported and cared for. With medical oversight from our psychiatrist and nursing staff, we provide not only emotional support but also the clinical stability needed for true healing.
Your loved one’s safety — physical, emotional, and psychological — is the foundation on which every part of our program is built.
Parents often ask, “Who will actually be with my child day-to-day?” The answer: a team of compassionate, highly trained professionals who are dedicated to their recovery.
Our staff includes licensed therapists, registered dietitians, psychiatrists, nurses, and experienced support staff — each playing a vital role in treatment. Beyond credentials, our team is made up of people who care deeply and consistently go the extra mile to make clients feel seen and supported.
Because our program is intimate by design, we keep small staff-to-client ratios, ensuring individualized attention and care. In practice, this means your loved one will never feel like just another number. Every staff member knows their story, their challenges, and their goals — and works with them daily to make recovery feel possible.
At We Conquer Together, treatment is not just a program. It’s a lifeline. It’s late-night conversations when you can’t sleep, laughter in the middle of a group session, and the gentle reminder that recovery doesn’t have to be rushed.
Your story is still unfolding, and this can be the chapter where everything begins to change. Call us today at (323) 421-4866 and let us walk with you into healing, hope, and freedom.
Founder
With over ten years of hands on experience with the intricacies of behavioral health operations, our founder possesses an intimate understanding of the challenges and complexities facilities face on their journey to optimizing the quality of organizational performance. His extensive experience is highlighted in his involvement with program development, safety protocol implementation, and crisis intervention.
Prior to venturing into behavioral health, our founder served as a first responder. This experience equipped him with invaluable insights into safety protocols, crisis management, and the importance of a structured, secure environment. His background allowed him to witness what can happen when mental health, trauma, and pain are left untreated which instilled a deep commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of every individual under our care.
Instilling hope and inspiring transformation is what he has been guided to do and he understands what an honor it is to take part in that process with individuals seeking care. The same is true for the staff he shepherds by reflecting and instilling our values with a Servant Leadership approach.
